Rachel Wilson CEng. MIChemE is a seasoned chemical engineer with extensive experience in operations support and process engineering across various organizations in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Support Process Engineer at BW Offshore since July 2022, Rachel has previously held advanced engineering roles at TAQA Group, RockRose Energy, and Marathon Oil Corporation. Rachel's expertise includes day-to-day plant support, troubleshooting, operations support, and process safety, with a focus on complex offshore and onshore installations. Rachel began their career as a Student Process Engineer at Marathon Oil Company and Avecia Biotechnology after earning an MEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde.
