U Thong Liew

U Thong Liew possesses extensive experience in project engineering and safety management, currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer and Safety Case Engineer at BW Offshore since October 2014. Prior to this role, U Thong Liew was employed at J. Ray McDermott Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, where contributions were made as Senior Project Engineer, Lead Safety Engineer, and Safety Coordinator from April 2006 to September 2014. Earlier positions include Project Engineer at Kellogg Brown & Root from January 2005 to April 2006 and Electrical Engineer at Brown & Root Energy Services from July 1999 to December 2004. U Thong Liew began a career in engineering with training at Bechtel Inc as an Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer in early 1998. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore, completed between 1995 and 1999.
