Blair Spear

Blair Spear is a seasoned graphic designer currently serving as Lead Graphic Designer at BW Retail Solutions since November 2021. With a strong foundation built through freelance work at BT Collective since 2013, Blair has developed expertise in brand merchandising, social media content, and marketing collateral. Previous roles include Graphic Designer at National Carwash Solutions, where Blair contributed to signage and advertising for the car wash industry, and Lead Graphic Designer at LAS VEGAS SPORTSPARK, managing design projects for multiple professional sports organizations. Earlier experience includes Senior Graphic Designer at MYVEGAS Magazine, focusing on magazine layouts and advertisements, and a brief tenure with Emergency Room Creative. Blair earned an Associate Degree in Graphic Design from St. Clair County Community College from 2013 to 2016.
