Matt Reister

Matt Reister currently serves as the Vice President of Corporate Development at BWX Technologies, Inc. since September 2023. Prior to this role, Matt was with Lockheed Martin from December 2015 to September 2023, where positions included Director and Senior Manager of Corporate Development, focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions. Earlier career experiences include roles at Applied Materials, where involvement with M&A activities spanned from April 2012 to December 2015, and analyst positions at GP Bullhound and New Century Capital Partners in 2011. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston University, earned in 2010.
