Carsten Schwant is a seasoned expert in identity and access management, cybersecurity, and public key infrastructure, with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Founder and Managing Director of BxC GmbH & Co. KG since September 2020, Carsten previously held roles such as IAM & PKI Architect as a self-employed consultant, Senior Manager Cyber Risk at Deloitte, and Head of Unit Identity and Access Management at Deutsche Börse. Earlier positions include serving as Enterprise Security Architect at BASF and Solution Architect Security at Roche, where responsibilities encompassed the technical leadership of enterprise-wide security projects including PKI and smartcard management solutions. Carsten holds a degree in Business Informatics from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University.
