Melissa Cohen

Melissa Cohen has extensive work experience in the field of real estate development. Melissa currently holds the position of VP, Development & Los Angeles Regional Director at Boston Properties since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Managing Director of Development at EJS Group from September 2019 to July 2023. Melissa also served as the Director of Development at Seven Valleys LLC from March 2018 to September 2019. Melissa Cohen previously worked at Boston Properties as a Senior Project Manager, Development from July 2011 to March 2018. Melissa began their career at Urban Partners, LLC as a Development Associate, where they managed multiple large-scale real estate development projects and was involved in various tasks such as market analysis, project updates to investors, and retail leasing negotiation.

Melissa Cohen earned a BA in Urban Studies from Brown University in 2006. Melissa then pursued an MBA with a focus on real estate, finance, and strategy at NYU Stern School of Business from 2009 to 2011.
