Aneliya Simeonova

Aneliya Simeonova has a strong background in human resources, with experience working in various roles across different companies. Aneliya started their career as a Teaching Assistant at Brock University in 2008. In 2010, they joined HP as an HR Generalist, where they focused on delivering and managing programs aligned with global policies. Aneliya then moved to Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2015, working as a Human Resources Program Manager. In this role, they partnered with HR teams in Western Europe to drive and manage programs and initiatives supporting business transformations and people development. In 2019, Aneliya joined BY FAR as the Chief People Officer, working closely with the CEO to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and operational improvements.
