Victor Garcia

Victor Garcia has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Victor started their career in 2008 as a Software Engineer at Luxury Link, where they introduced and implemented modern technologies to improve efficiency. From 2009 to 2015, Victor worked at Yahoo! as a Senior Software Engineer and Engineering Lead, leading mission-critical teams and managing the software stack for Yahoo's media sites globally.

In 2015, Victor joined the United States Digital Service (USDS), a startup at The White House, as the Director of Engineering.
