Alejandra Suarez Salinas has over five years of work experience. In 2014, they began their career at JW Marriott as a Professional Selection, where they were responsible for establishing and measuring with recruitment and selection KPIs, coordinating with the incorporation process, and writing and publishing job offers. In 2015, they were promoted to Head of Cluster Selection, where they were responsible for the entire recruitment process, planning and design of the selection and selection process of the sources of collection. In 2016, Alejandra moved to Arena Media as a Transmedia Intern, where they were responsible for monitoring and supporting in Transmedia campaigns and projects, as well as supporting in projects of branded content, content media, and digital creative campaigns. Finally, Alejandra moved to BYHOURS in 2016, where they served as Accounts Team Lead EMEA and Account Manager Spain and EMEA. In these roles, they were responsible for analyzing sporadically the availability and conditions of the assigned hotels, controlling fixed rates for each hotel, maintaining constant availability in the city/country assigned, being creative when negotiating and persevering in all telephone conversations, contributing to the objectives of the department in terms of the number of hotels to optimize, and having good fluid communication skills at an interdepartmental level.

Alejandra Suarez Salinas completed a Master's degree in Marketing Digital from Universitat Pompeu Fabra between 2014 and 2015. Alejandra then went on to pursue a Product Design degree from Universidad de Los Andes between 2006 and 2011. In 2016 and 2017, they completed a Phg in Digital Marketing and Social Media from IM Digital Business School. Alejandra followed this up with a Phg in E-commerce and Web Analytics from the same school in 2017 and 2018. Her most recent degree is a Phg in Mobile Marketing and Email Marketing from IM Digital Business School, which they completed in 2018 and 2019.
