Aideen Shea has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Aideen started their career as an English Teacher at Cardinal Spellman HS from 2004 to 2006. Aideen then transitioned to the National Merit Scholarship Corporation, where they worked as a Public Information Coordinator from 2006 to 2010 and later as a Manager of Operations from 2010 to 2015. Aideen's next role was as an Organizational Development Manager at CCC Intelligent Solutions from 2015 to 2016, where they played a significant role in managing training programs and curriculum development. Aideen then joined Byline Bank in 2017 as a VP - Director Learning & Development, responsible for overseeing learning initiatives. Aideen's most recent role is as a Career Coach at Aideen Shea Coaching, which they started in 2019.
Aideen Shea completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Psychology at the University at Albany, SUNY from 2000 to 2004. Aideen then pursued a Master of Arts in Teaching, specializing in English Education, at Columbia University from 2005 to 2008. In 2013, they attended the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategy & Leadership in 2014.
