Ary Mustafa

Ary Mustafa has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. From 2016 to 2017, Ary worked as a Freelance HR Consultant. They then joined Harrods in 2013 as a Group Merchandising Assistant before taking on roles as a Group HR Assistant and eventually becoming a Group HR Officer. At Harrods, Ary provided HR support and advice to management, handled employee relations, and coordinated administrative tasks. In 2017, Ary joined Beyond as a People & Culture Coordinator. They then progressed to become a People Specialist and later an HR Business Partner, where they provided guidance and advice on a wide range of HR initiatives. Since April 2021, Ary has held the position of Head of People at Beyond.

Ary Mustafa is currently studying CIPD Level 7 in Human Resource Management at CIPD Qualifications, starting in 2019 and expected to finish in 2021. They previously obtained a CIPD Level 5 in Human Resource Management from the same institution, attending from 2015 to 2016. Before that, Ary Mustafa earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire, completing their studies from 2009 to 2012. In addition to their degree and ongoing studies, Ary Mustafa has obtained certifications in MHFA (Mental Health First Aid) from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in July 2019, Agile HR from Agile HR Community in February 2019, and a CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in Human Resource Management from CIPD (specific dates for the last certification are not provided).
