Deirdre Lynch

Deirdre Lynch is a Partner at Pinsent Masons, a position held since October 2022, and has been a Partner at ByrneWallace LLP since March 2015, following roles as a Senior Associate and Associate. With extensive expertise in employment law, Deirdre advises clients on investigations related to grievances, disciplinary issues, bullying, and harassment. Additionally, Deirdre handles claims from employees, including those of bullying, discrimination, stress at work, and unfair dismissal. Prior experience includes an Associate role in Employment Law at Matheson from September 2002 to March 2015. Deirdre holds a Bachelor of Civil Law from University College Dublin and is pursuing a Diploma in Employment Law.
