Doreen Tan

Doreen Tan is a seasoned Customer Success Manager currently leading initiatives at ByteDance for the Lark platform since January 2023. Previously, Doreen held the position of Regional Manager for Customer Success at Ninja Van and served as the Head of Customer Success & Retail Partnerships at Pixibo, where oversight was provided for over 40 APAC and European fashion eCommerce clients. Doreen has a strong background in product management, having been a founding team member at Pixibo, where the flagship product, Find Your Fit, was developed. Further experience includes managing significant advertising budgets for key clients at dunnhumby and an internship at Google in the Enterprise Business sector. Doreen holds a Bachelor of Business Management, majoring in Marketing from Singapore Management University, and an undergraduate degree in Business Studies with Distinction from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
