Gavin Liao

Gavin (Weikai) Liao is an experienced operations professional currently serving as Head of Operations for Thailand and SEA Livestream Lead at ByteDance since August 2018. Earlier roles include Operations Manager at ByteDance and Senior Operations Manager at Asia Innovations Group from March 2018 to July 2018. Prior to that, Gavin held the position of Country Manager at Parabo Network, a startup in Thailand, from July 2016 to March 2018. Gavin holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Bangkok University, which was completed between 2016 and 2018.
