Mark Coyne

Mark Coyne is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in managing recruitment functions across various industries, including technology, engineering, and finance. Currently serving as Recruitment Manager at Bytes Software Services since October 2022, Mark oversees a team of recruiters and is responsible for diverse tasks such as PSL creation, salary benchmarking, and recruitment marketing. Previous roles include leading recruitment efforts at Caraffi and Pollen, as well as functioning as Global Resourcing Advisor at Eni. With experience dating back to 2013 in roles ranging from Recruitment Consultant to Team Lead at Worley and earlier positions in the construction sector, Mark has developed a comprehensive skill set in delivering effective recruitment solutions and managing talent acquisition processes. Mark holds a BA in Politics and International Relations from Royal Holloway, University of London, and completed education at Cardinal Vaughan Memorial School.
