Rav Dhani

Rav Dhani is a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and cloud technologies. Currently serving as a Microsoft 365 Technical Engineer at Bytes Software Services since October 2022, Rav provides break-fix support for the M365 stack, collaborates with Microsoft teams, and manages priority ticket escalations. Prior to this, Rav held senior engineering roles at Fluent2 Limited and P&B Computers Ltd, focusing on 2nd and 3rd line support, infrastructure upgrades, and client migrations to modern server solutions.
