Lauren Casey

Lauren Casey has had a diverse range of roles and responsibilities throughout their work experience. Lauren started their career at Bywaters in 2006 as a Field Sales Executive, and eventually became a Corporate Sales Executive. In 2012, they joined GSF as a Business Development Manager. Lauren then returned to Bywaters in 2015 as a Senior Business Development Manager, where they focused on medium to large commercial waste management. From 2017 to 2022, they served as a Senior Client Manager, leading a team of Client Relationship Managers and ensuring exceptional customer experience. In 2022, they became an Account Director at Bywaters before being promoted to Head of Account Management. Their expertise includes business generation, proposal writing and presentation, and sales management reporting. Overall, Lauren has a strong background in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
