Marcus Ralphs

Marcus Ralphs is currently the CEO at ByzGen since June 2017. Prior to this role, they served as Chief of Staff in the British Army from May 2013 to February 2017, where they also held various leadership positions such as Infantry Company Commander and Military Capability Change Lead. Before that, Marcus Ralphs completed the Intermediate Command and Staff Course at Defence Academy in July 2012. With a background in military operations, Marcus Ralphs has experience managing large teams and overseeing operational deployments to Africa and the Middle East.
