Emelie Holmer has over 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Emelie began their career in 2007 as a Servis and Bartender at Restaurang Dahlberg, Gastro Restauranger. In 2008, they took on two roles: Servitris, Cateringansvarig och Sommelier at GASTRO Restaurang and Restaurangchef at Elite Hotels of Sweden AB. In 2011, they became a Projektledare at DNA PR & Events. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Projektledare at Pontus Group, Sweden (Pontus Frithiof). From 2017 to 2020, they were a Restaurangchef and part of the management team with overall responsibility for the daily operations of Sabis AB - Mat & Möten sedan 1874. In 2020, they became a Sales Manager at Carotte Event AB. Most recently, they are the Head of Delivery Services at Bzzt AB.
Emelie Holmer attended Berghs School of Communication from 2013 to 2014, studying Marketing. Prior to that, they attended Akademi Båstad from 2009 to 2010, studying Sommelier.
