Jason Yutzie

Jason Yutzie has a strong background in human resources and risk management. Jason started their career as the Director of Operations at Boys & Girls Clubs of Corvallis in 1998 and later became the Executive Director at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Santiam in 2005. During their time at Boys & Girls Clubs, they demonstrated their ability to provide leadership, establish long-term goals, and execute effective strategies.

In 2011, Yutzie transitioned to Performance Health Technology, where they served as the Director of Human Resources. Their responsibilities included developing and executing people management programs, workforce planning, and benefits administration. Jason also played a key role in resolving skill gaps by selecting vendors and contractors.

Yutzie joined Wayfair in 2020 as a Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, they oversaw talent acquisition in Oregon, collaborated with HR and business leaders to prioritize recruitment needs, and developed headcount predictions to support budgeting and forecasting.

From 2020 to 2022, Yutzie worked at SAIF Corporation as the Lead Human Resources Business Partner. Jason demonstrated their ability to identify gaps and opportunities in operational and organizational capabilities and developed innovative human resources strategies to mitigate those gaps. Jason also established collaborative partnerships with senior leaders and management teams.

In 2016, Yutzie worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Garage Works LLC, where they provided consulting services.

Most recently, Yutzie held the position of Vice President of Human Resources & Risk Management at Coastal Farm & Ranch starting in 2022 and will subsequently transition to the same role at C-A-L Ranch Stores in 2023.

Jason Yutzie obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication Studies from Western Oregon University, where they studied from 1996 to 2002. In 2002, they also participated in the Executive Leadership - Strom Thurmond Executive Leadership Program at Clemson University.

In 2009, Jason attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business to earn a Certificate of Advanced Leadership in Advanced Leadership Development. Jason completed this program in 2010.

Additionally, in 2015, Jason Yutzie attended the Global Institute for Leadership Development conducted by Linkage, where they earned a degree. The exact end year of this program is not provided.

Jason Yutzie also holds several certifications. In 2015, they became a Senior Certified Professional (SCP) through SHRM. In 2020, they earned the certification of Strategic Human Resources Business Partner from the Human Capital Institute (HCI). Jason furthered their professional development by obtaining the Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification from HCI in 2021.
