Tom Rooney

Tom Rooney has extensive experience in management and engineering, currently serving as the General Manager at C.A. Spalding Co. since 2009, where responsibilities include overseeing the Camden division, managing staff, and achieving business objectives. Previous roles include Director of Engineering and Corporate Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at Magnetic Metals, where improvements in manufacturing processes were implemented through research and evaluation. Tom also held the position of President and Owner at Uni-Guide Products and acquired a diverse range of engineering roles at Magnetic Metals over nearly two decades. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Rowan University and an Associate’s Degree in CAD/CAM Drafting and Design from Camden County College.
