Michelle Dwayne has over 17 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within the technology sector. Currently serving as Manager of Strategic Recruitment and Sourcing at C Ahead Info Technologies India Pvt Ltd since October 2011, Michelle leads the Center of Excellence and SAP Practice, focusing on building a team of SAP professionals and establishing recruitment practices for niche skills like PeopleSoft, Oracle, and Business Intelligence. Prior to this role, Michelle worked at Atos Origin in recruitment operations from January 2008 to August 2011 and served as Recruitment Head at IBM India from January 2006 to January 2008.
