Mike Gallagher

Mike Gallagher has extensive experience in the water and wastewater sector, currently serving as the Director of Water and Wastewater and Senior Project Manager at C.C. Johnson & Malhotra, PC since August 2021. Prior to this role, Mike Gallagher worked at the City of Baltimore for over three decades, culminating in the position of Division Chief for the Wastewater Facilities Division from June 1988 to July 2021. Educationally, Mike Gallagher holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from SUNY Polytechnic Institute and an Associate of Science in Electromechanical Engineering Technology from Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology.
