Robert Bland

Robert Bland is a seasoned hardware design engineer with extensive experience in the electronics industry, spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Hardware Design Engineer at C&C Power, Inc. since June 2016, Robert has also held similar roles at M-Wave Controls and Tellabs, where responsibilities included designing Microchip-based solutions and participating in full product life cycles. Notably, Robert led the transformation of a Kidney Stone Disintegrator at Northgate Research from a lab prototype to a producible medical device, addressing complex engineering challenges. Earlier in their career, Robert was a Group Leader at BRK Electronics, where notable achievements included leading a team to automate testing processes. Robert holds a degree from Northern Illinois University.
