Andrew Frank

Andrew Frank is an experienced construction professional with a background in project management. Currently serving as Project Manager 3 at C.D. Smith Construction since February 2022, Andrew has developed a strong expertise in overseeing complex projects. Prior to this role, Andrew worked at CR Meyer from May 2011 to February 2022, where positions included Senior Project Manager and Project Manager. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, which was completed between 2009 and 2011.
