Fred Greene has over 30 years of work experience in the manufacturing and music industry. Fred began their career as a Janitor at Gibson Guitar Corporation in 1988 and subsequently worked as a Production Worker and Area Manager. In 1996, they became the Plant Manager for Gibson's largest operating division, Gibson USA, where they successfully increased production by 50%. From 1999 to 2001, they served as the General Manager of Gibson Electric, overseeing a complete P&L and achieving significant revenue and profit growth. Fred then joined Gibson Guitar as the Chief Operations Officer, responsible for six operating divisions and leading private equity and debt financing initiatives. In 2004, Fred joined C.F. Martin & Co. as the Vice President of Manufacturing, overseeing manufacturing personnel and production in two locations. In 2017, they assumed the role of Vice President of Product Management, providing oversight for all aspects of product management for C.F. Martin. Fred Greene's experience demonstrates their expertise in manufacturing, operations, and leadership within the music industry.
Fred Greene earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) between 1983 and 1988.
