Dawna Bergum

Dawna Bergum, CPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Director of Human Resources at C-FER Technologies since July 2005, where responsibilities include developing and executing a human resource strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives, focusing on succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational performance, training and development, and compensation. Prior to this role, Dawna held various positions in the Human Resources department at Fraser Milner Casgrain (now Dentons) from 2000 to 2005, including Manager, Human Resources, Human Resources Advisor, and Human Resources Coordinator, as well as a Legal Assistant. Dawna is currently pursuing a Human Resources Management Certificate with Distinction from the University of Alberta, building on education obtained from MacEwan University.
