Steven Zoric

Steven Zoric has extensive work experience in the financial and legal sectors. Steven currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at C.L. King & Associates. Prior to this role, Steven served as a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair at American Century Investments from 2016 to 2020.

From 2011 to 2020, Steven held various positions at Nomura Securities (Bermuda) Ltd. and Nomura Corporate Research & Asset Management Inc., including Managing Director, Board Member, and Chief Operating Officer. Steven also served as Managing Director and Senior Counsel at Nomura from 2007 to 2020, where they were later appointed as the Head of Corporate Communications, Americas from 2011 to 2018.

Before joining Nomura, Steven worked as the Head of U.S. Legal and Operations at Man Investments Group from 2001 to 2007. Prior to that, they gained legal experience as an Associate at both Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP and Morgan Stanley.
