Shay Haas

Shay Haas has extensive experience in business development and leadership within the technology sector, currently serving as VP of Business Development at Mer Group since 2014. In this role, Shay focuses on leveraging the group's expertise in Smart and Safe City systems integration, with a particular emphasis on Fiber Optic infrastructures for City Fiber platforms and Fiber to the home initiatives. Prior to this, Shay was the CEO of ROTAL Networks from 1993 to 2014, where leadership was demonstrated in managing fiber optic projects for various sectors, including Cellular operators and Municipalities in the Israeli market.
