Nathan Hicks

Nathan Hicks is a seasoned professional in quality management and food safety, currently serving as the Quality & Food Safety Manager at C-P Flexible Packaging since December 2022. Previously, Nathan held various positions at Ardent Mills from February 2017 to December 2022, including Production Manager, Quality Manager, and Assistant Quality Manager. Prior experience includes roles as Quality Lead Associate at Miller Milling Company and Quality Assurance Team Lead at ConAgra Foods, where Nathan also worked as a Quality Assurance Intern and Seasonal Employee. Nathan's career began as a Karate Instructor at National Karate from December 2002 to June 2011. Nathan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, completed in 2011.
