Spencer Warner

Spencer Warner is an experienced project manager currently working at C.R. Jackson, Inc. since October 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing major infrastructure projects such as the $50 million Alligator Rd Phase 2 Widening in Florence, SC, and previously managing the $11 million Phase 1 Widening. Prior to this role, Spencer held various positions at The Lane Construction Corporation from 2008 to 2018, including superintendent and estimator roles, managing substantial SCDOT workloads. Experience also includes serving as a Senior Project Engineer at The Conti Group, contributing to the $125 million Fayetteville Outer Loop I-295 project, and earlier roles within the South Carolina Department of Transportation as an engineering assistant.
