Xuan Jia

Xuan Jia has extensive work experience in supply chain management and operations. From November 2019 to present, Xuan served as the Vice President of Supply Chain at C.R. Laurence Co., Inc. Prior to that, from September 2018 to October 2019, Xuan worked as the Director of Supply Chain Management at Safran. From January 2015 to September 2018, Xuan held the role of Operations Manager at Eaton Aerospace, and from September 2011 to January 2015, Xuan served as the Materials Planning Manager. Xuan also worked as the Spares Operations Manager from November 2010 to September 2011. Before joining Eaton Aerospace, Xuan worked at the same company as the Operations Team Lead from January 2008 to October 2009 and participated in the Leadership Development Program from August 2005 to December 2008.

Xuan Jia completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business during the years 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, Xuan Jia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where they studied from 2000 to 2005.
