Greta Brawner

Greta Brawner is an accomplished journalist with extensive experience in public affairs programming, currently serving as Host and Executive Producer at C-SPAN since March 2007. In this role, Brawner anchors the flagship show "Washington Journal," conducting live interviews with politicians, journalists, and policy experts. Additionally, Brawner leads a team of event producers, curating extensive event coverage and producing educational programming on key policy topics. Prior to C-SPAN, Brawner worked as a reporter for CongressDaily from 2001 to 2007, focusing on Senate leadership and breaking news. Brawner holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Minnesota, earned in 2000.
