Michel Karsdorp

Michel Karsdorp has held various roles throughout their work experience. From 2000 to 2008, they served as a Business Analyst at Capgemini and Air France KLM, respectively. From 2009 to 2011, they took on the role of Business Analyst at C. Steinweg Handelsveem BV, where they were responsible for software system selection and implementation. In 2012, Karsdorp worked as a Freelance Senior Business Analyst and Teamlead at Reed Elsevier. Starting in 2013, they became a Consulting Partner at 4Synergy. During this time, Karsdorp also held roles at C. Steinweg Group, including IT Project Manager, IT Program Manager, and currently Chief Information Officer. Additionally, they served as a Board Member and Treasurer at the Waterpas Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on providing clean drinking water to schools, orphanages, and hospitals in need.

Michel Karsdorp's education history includes completing the Senior Leadership Development Program at Nyenrode Business University in 2022-2023. Prior to that, they obtained an MscBA degree in Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University from 2006-2008. Michel also obtained a CPIM certification in Production and Inventory Management from APICS in 2005-2006. Their undergraduate degree is an ING in Business Administration and Management, General from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences from 1996-2000. Michel completed their VWO degree at De Lage Waard from 1990-1996. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Enterprise Architecture from Hogeschool Utrecht in 2015.
