Caroline Wellford Brooks

Caroline Wellford Brooks is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience at C-Strategies Inc. since August 2018, where roles have included Senior Director of Communications, Director of Media Affairs, and Client and Media Affairs Manager. Caroline has also worked with the City of Memphis since June 2016 as an Executive Student Intern, collaborating on media initiatives and directly engaging with city leadership.
