Igor Dronov

Igor Dronov currently serves as the Business Development Director and Head of Delivery at C.T.Co since August 2007, where responsibilities include structuring new accounts, overseeing customer management, and leading global delivery and IT project management efforts. Previously, Igor held the position of Program Portfolio Manager, directing a digital product engineering team for a leading reinsurance company, achieving significant team growth and strategic transformations. Prior experience includes leading the Technology Development Division at Rietumu Banka, where Igor managed software implementation projects, and serving as a Marketing Specialist at BTA Baltic Insurance Company, where Igor was instrumental in launching an e-commerce solution for online insurance. Igor holds an educational background from Banku Augstskola.
