Santa Aukšmuksta

Santa Aukšmuksta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and development, holding the position of Training and Knowledge Department Manager at C.T.Co since July 2023. Previously, Santa served as People Excellence Manager for Latvia, Lithuania, and Romania at Evolution from February 2022 to July 2023, and as Training and Development Manager for the Baltic & Belarus regions at JYSK from October 2020 to January 2022. Santa's career also includes a significant tenure at ABLV Bank as a Business (Process) Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed the evaluation, optimization, and elimination of operational risks in business processes. Early in Santa's career, work as an Administrative Assistant at Riga City Council provided foundational skills. Santa holds a Master’s degree in MBA from Biznesa augstskola Turība and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a focus on Organizational Psychology from Rīga Stradiņš University, along with legal education from the College of Law.
