Patrick Thompson

Patrick Thompson has over 30 years of experience in the field of videoconferencing and managed services. Currently serving as Manager of Account Services at ConvergeOne since July 2014, Patrick's role includes proactive management of client video infrastructures while providing strategic oversight and support. Prior to this, Patrick held positions at Strategic Products and Services, where the organization was acquired by ConvergeOne, and served as a Senior Support Engineer at GBH Communications, delivering extensive support for various video and audio conferencing systems. Earlier in Patrick's career, significant contributions were made as a Videoconference Engineer and Network Analyst at California State University, Fresno, where responsibilities included engineering support for ISDN and IP-based videoconferencing and educational technologies. Patrick began their career as a Video Systems Technician at Compucom Consulting, Inc.
