Rick Steele is an experienced Senior Systems Engineer with a solid background in Unified Communications, specializing in Microsoft Lync Server and Skype for Business Server. Currently at ConvergeOne since August 2017, Rick provides senior support for complex UC deployments, troubleshooting intricate issues involving server infrastructure and third-party systems. At Microsoft, Rick served as a Senior Consultant, overseeing the design and deployment of on-premise unified communications solutions across the United States.
