Jeffrey S Li

Jeffrey S Li is a Scientist at C16 Biosciences since 2020. Jeffrey S previously held the role of Graduate Research Assistant at Wenjun Zhang Group from 2015 to 2020, where they identified secondary metabolism genes in Clostridia using bioinformatic methods, developed toolkits for genetic manipulation in various anaerobic bacteria, and designed a genetic reporter-based platform to facilitate media screening for cryptic biosynthetic gene cluster activation. Jeffrey S was a Lab Technician at Anthony Hay Group from 2013 to 2014, a Summer Intern at Virginia Cornish Group in 2014, an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Dan Luo Group from 2012 to 2013, and a Research Assistant at Shengping Zheng Group from 2010 to 2012.
