Caroline Celano has extensive work experience in the education industry. Caroline is currently serving as the VP of Products at C2 Education. Prior to this, they worked at McGraw Hill for several years in various positions, including Sr. Product Director, Product Director, Executive Product Manager, and Sr. Product Manager. Caroline'sresponsibilities included creating and directing product strategies, overseeing research and market analysis, and driving growth and market share. Before joining McGraw Hill, Caroline worked at Pearson Education as a Product Manager, where they successfully launched new editions and interactive etexts and managed the publication process for multiple titles per year. Overall, Caroline has demonstrated expertise in product management, market research, and driving revenue growth in the education sector.

Caroline Celano obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and English Literature from Swarthmore College, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications in Understanding User Needs and Introduction to User Experience Principles and Processes from Coursera, obtained in 2020, as well as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in 2022.
