Eli Linthicum has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 1998. Eli began their career in the United States Marine Corps, serving in a Human Resources (S-1) capacity and earning an honorable separation as a Corporal (E-4). In 2003, they transitioned to GEICO, graduating from their rigorous service counselor training program and passing the state licensing for Property & Casualty Insurance. Eli then moved to Express Employment Professionals in 2005, where they gained exposure to staff-recruiting for a woman-owned small business franchise. In 2006, Eli joined The Reger Group, working with the HR manager, operations, and business leaders to establish compliant vetting and selection processes for a geographically dispersed workforce focused on war-fighter programs. In 2009, they moved to The Columbia Group, where they worked closely with the Senior Recruiter and HR team to attract and ensure successful hiring efforts for various Navy, Marine Corps, and Homeland Security programs. In 2012, Eli joined Manufacturing Techniques, Inc. (MTEQ) as a Strategic Recruiter, ensuring successful recruiting efforts for various candidates, primarily with a focus on those within the S&T community. Finally, in 2013, they joined C2 Essentials, Inc. as a Senior Recruiter, with their main focus being recruiting, screening, and making candidate recommendations to help customers fill funded vacancies and staff contingencies for new business.

Eli Linthicum attended Brooke Point High School from 1993 to 1997. Eli then attended the Marine Corps Combat Services Support School from 1998 to 1999, where they studied Personnel Administration.
