Omneya Salem

Omneya Salem is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering, architecture, and business leadership. Currently serving as the Second Vice Chair of the Women's Business Enterprise Council West (WBEC-West), Omneya co-founded and serves as President of C2 Group - San Diego since November 2015, while also contributing actively to CONEKT2. Previous roles include Director of Engineering and R&D at The CP Group, where Omneya managed senior projects and process development for a major recycling complex, and Capital Program Manager at A B Engineering, overseeing multiple capital improvement projects at San Diego International Airport. Omneya has a strong foundation in architectural design from early career experiences at Donald Henke Architect and Nolte Associates, transitioning from architecture to civil engineering. Omneya holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Alexandria University.
