Mark Rowland

Mark Rowland is an accomplished executive in the international entertainment industry, serving as Executive Director at C21 Media since 2008, where the company connects the global content business through a combination of publishing, events, and online screenings. Rowland also holds the position of Chair and Executive Producer for the prestigious Rose d'Or Awards, celebrating excellence in TV and audio programming. As Managing Director of Indie TV since 2004, Rowland specializes in strategic advisory and rights management in unscripted television, while also contributing to the David Lyle Foundation's advisory board to foster careers for young executives in the industry. Additional roles include Strategic Advisor at Purely, Advisor to senior management at Hearst UK, and Founder of Formatzone, which developed new factual entertainment formats.
