Chris Field

Chris Field has worked for several companies since 2002. Chris began their career in the US Army (Active Duty) as a Team Leader, and then moved to Fidelity Investments as an Investment Sales and Service Representative in 2006. In 2008, they became a Manager at Fitness Together, followed by a Section Leader and Instructor role in the US Army (Reserves) in 2009. In 2010, they joined Raytheon as a Principal Training and Development Specialist. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at the University of Connecticut as an Instructor in Residence, Adjunct Faculty, and Graduate Student. Finally, they currently serve as the Director of Project Management and Consultant at C2Sense, Inc.

Chris Field received their Master's Degree in Business Analytics and Project Management from the University of Connecticut in 2015. Chris obtained their BA in Leadership Studies and Political Science from the University of Richmond between 1997 and 2001.
