Delys Tansley

Delys Tansley has extensive experience in human resources, health and safety, and operational leadership across various industries. Currently serving as GM HSE and HR at C3 since February 2020, Delys previously held significant roles at Port Taranaki Ltd, including Head of Culture, Safety and Technology, and Head of HR, HS and Operations. Delys has also held senior HR positions at A Ward Attachments, Golden Bay Cement, Turners and Growers, Orica NZ, and TransAlta, showcasing a strong focus on culture change, strategic review, and operational improvements. Delys holds an MBA in HR Innovation from The University of Auckland, completed in 2011.
