Teri Porlas

Teri Porlas is a Client Consultant Executive and Team Lead within the Construction Practice Division at C3 Risk & Insurance Services. Teri began her career on the Carrier side in the mid 80’s and transitioned into the retail agency side in 2003 where she grew as a Marketing Executive at Barney & Barney. In 2009, Teri promoted to a Client Executive in the Construction/Real Estate Practice Group, where she was responsible for a large book of business ranging from Street/Road contractors to Affordable Housing Real Estate Developers.

Teri’s expertise ranges from detailed review of complex contractual requirements, customizing insurance programs, including WRAP Ups, Project Specific, Large complex shared/layered property placements and loss sensitive programs.
