Joel Tiphonnet

Joel Tiphonnet is an accomplished professional with extensive experience across various sectors, including hospitality, consulting, and technology. Currently serving as an Adjunct Lecturer at Vatel Business School since April 2020, Joel brings a wealth of knowledge in hotel and tourism management. As Operating Partner at C4 Ventures since October 2014, Joel focuses on early-stage tech startups in Europe, emphasizing smart hardware, commerce, and digital media. In 2007, Joel founded CREAXIL Consulting, directing projects in retail, hospitality, and real estate in the Asia Pacific region. Previous significant roles include President & CEO of Club Med Asia Pacific, President of Oregon Scientific Global, and various leadership positions at LVMH and GE. Joel holds multiple degrees, including MBAs from HEC Paris and Stanford University, and a Master of Sciences in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Arts et Métiers.
