Dylan Cole

Dylan Cole has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Dylan started their career in 2011 as an Agents Assistant at Nodak Mutual Insurance Company. In 2012, they worked as a Logistics Team Trainer at Target, where they trained new employees and managed incoming and outgoing freight. From 2014 to 2017, Dylan was a Healthcare/IT Recruiter at BAHAMA Consulting, where they developed recruiting strategies and managed up to 40 consultants. In 2018, they became a Team Lead - Recruiting/Delivery, overseeing consultant rates and managing travel requirements. In 2019, they took on the role of Manager-Recruitment, collaborating with other recruiters and recruiting talent specific to EMR, EHR, and ERP. Dylan joined C4 Technical Services in 2020, first as a Sr. Technical Recruiter and then as the Director of Recruiting. In these roles, they matched experienced professionals with the right opportunities and handled staff needs for a range of clients.

Dylan Cole attended Apple Valley Senior High School from 2008 to 2010. Following this, they transferred to Eagan Senior High School, where they studied for one year from 2010 to 2011.
