Chris Ash

Chris Ash has a diverse work experience, starting as the Director of International Projects at Global Vision International (GVI) from 2004 to 2011. During this time, they were involved in product development, competitor analysis, and establishing new business partnerships. Chris then joined BDO (Greenlight) as a Management Consultant from 2012 to 2016, where they provided expertise in maximizing shareholder value and meeting strategic goals. Following that, they worked at KPMG Channel Islands as an Advisory Management Consultant from 2016 to 2018. Since 2018, Chris has been associated with C5 Alliance Group Limited, where they have held various roles, including Head of C5 Business Guernsey, Head of Project Delivery, and currently serves as the Managing Director.

Chris Ash attended Prior Park College from 1992 to 1997 and Elizabeth College, Guernsey from 1990 to 1992. In 1998, they enrolled at Swansea University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Joint Honours - Geography and French in 2002. Additionally, they attended the University of Pau and Adour Countries from 2000 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in French Studies.

In terms of certifications, Chris Ash received a Prince2 Practitioner certification in September 2012. In November 2013, they obtained the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Chris acquired the APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) formerly known as APMP from the Association for Project Management in February 2014. In April 2015, Chris earned the P3O® Practitioner certificate in Portfolio, Programme, and Project Offices from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Their Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt certification was obtained in April 2016 from Game Change Lean Six Sigma Training and Consulting. Chris became a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) through the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals in December 2017. In December 2018, they obtained the Change Management Practitioner certification from Prosci. Most recently, in September 2021, Chris earned a Certificate in Company Direction from The Institute of Directors.
